2021 Eagle’s Nest Open | Standings After Augusta
April 12, 2021 —
What an exciting time for Hideki Matsuyama and the nation of Japan.
While the action on Sunday definitely didn’t yield the most chaotic action down the stretch (except for about 30 seconds between holes 15 & 16 for the final group), we were crowned with a worthy champion.
Congratulations to Hideki Matsuyama and all of those associated with his team.
If you’re a follower of golf, you know this win was a long-time coming.
As for the Eagle’s Nest Open — did anyone have Hideki Matsuyama?
No!
Not a single one of you took a flier on the, at the time, 24th-ranked golfer in the world.
That a Dunes-Course-bunker-sized bummer!
So, who’s leading the action in our contest after The Masters you ask?
The action next, takes us to South Carolina and Kiawah Island for the PGA Championship.
History made for Japan. #themasters
