A Note from Membership Director Mandi Loughran

Where does the time go?
If it weren’t for a few creeping wrinkles and grays, I wouldn’t believe it’s been over 11 years since I first stepped onto The Prairie Club property.
Many of you have been with the club from the beginning. You may have seen the grounds before buildings and even had a chance to preview and play a few holes the year before opening. I have appreciated getting to know and serve you as members throughout the years and it has been wonderful to see so many new faces become a part our membership “family” along the way.
This year is a special one for us as we celebrate our full 10th year anniversary.
We aren’t going to let the current circumstance (I don’t even want to acknowledge by name) control our season and milestone. The journey continues!
Although a few operational changes are in place, the same INCREDIBLE courses are ready for you to play, and many of the same smiling faces and service-oriented team members are ready to greet you and help ensure you and your guests have an enjoyable and memorable visit.
This year we have had to make the hard decision to cancel this year’s Boot & Buckle — an event we continue to be proud of hosting and one so many of you look forward to each year.
But on a positive note, this means more available dates in June for you to book!
As many cancellations as we see, we have just as many people anxious to get back on the prairie. Give us a call to check on availability. (Remember your privilege of being able to reserve and release, as needed, with small groups!)
As members, you can also utilize your membership by sponsoring guests you are unable to accompany.
If you ever have any questions on your membership, please know I am available at your convenience to visit.
We will be keeping you updated throughout the season and sharing more of this milestone year through more frequent posts on the member-only private Facebook page. (I will grant you access if you request). I encourage you to share your photos and experiences with you fellow members where as well. I personally love seeing these! This is a great way to connect with one another.
As we all collectively remember those who served and sacrificed their lives for this country this Memorial Day, know that we are also thinking of each of you.
Stay well. Our hope is that we will be able to see each one of you enjoy the club this season.
