Guest “House Accounts” for Day Play

We’ve enacted a new policy for day play guests.

It should help improve the experience for folks playing golf on property.

If you have guests who will be golfing or dining for the day (not lodging, as we can bill to the room), your guests, both hosted or sponsored, will need to set up a “House Account” for that day.

This account will be valid for the day only, but will benefit your guests by providing them with the opportunity to put a credit card on file and having the ability to charge to their daily house account instead of swiping a card or paying cash at each transaction point.

Once they have created a profile with billing info, our team can access their information more readily on future visits. This will save time for both you and them!

Just as with lodging, your guests can call the Front Desk in advance to provide their info prior to arrival.

All they will need to do is stop at the Front Desk upon arrival to check-in and pick up their “House Account” card, and they’re good to go!
