Introducing The Homestead House

May 20, 2022—

A few weeks ago, we introduced the Guesthouse, an 8-room lodging complex currently under construction just off the Horse Course.

It’s going to be fantastic.  We’ll provide updates throughout the summer…

But this week, we have another introduction.  A new member of the TPC family, if you will.

Without further ado, we’d like to introduce the Homestead House!

The Homestead House will be our newest lodging facility equipped with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a full living area, a 3-stall garage, and a full deck looking over the canyon to the north.

We haven’t yet figured out the operations or policies for it, so we don’t know pricing or booking process yet, but as our management discusses, we will be sure to let our members know first.

We don’t have a timeline for completion — we’re hoping sometime in 2022 — but we expect it to be functional for the 2023 golf season.

It’s not nearly as far along as The Guesthouse, but priority will move to this project once other construction work is completed.
