Meet Becky Benson, New to Our F&B Staff

Becky Benson is one of those rare gems who emits almost more brightness than the sun.

Fortunately for The Prairie Club, Becky will be bringing that energy to the team full-time as our new Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Originally from Hershey, Nebraska, Becky first joined our team as a server in the latter months of the 2020 season. It didn’t take long for Chef TC to notice her contagious enthusiasm, passion for people, and excellent work ethic before the Assistant Manager position was offered to her.

“I was very excited to join the team full-time!” Becky remarked.

Not only will the added help be pivotal to the continued success of our Food & Beverage department, but spirits are sure to be elevated with her presence.

Prior to her launch in the food & beverage industry, Becky worked as a dental hygienist in Valentine. Now, she’s ready for a change of pace in her career — one that will better suit her passions.

Becky is married to her husband, Jeremy, who together have three children ages 13, 11, and 7.

If you haven’t already, be sure to introduce yourself to Becky next time you’re on property.

One of her biggest draws to the position is the opportunity to develop relationships with members and guests, so we’re sure she’ll appreciate the gesture.
