We’ve been long working on this project.

And we’re ready to launch it for membership.

You can now book your online visits to The Prairie Club online!

Today, we’d like to provide you a step-by-step version for instructions to get started.

Also, know that our team will be available for support on Tuesday, December 20 and Wednesday, December 21.  Beyond that, we will be available by email only until after the new year.

Let’s get started!


  1. First, follow the link to:
  2. Select Member Login.
  3. Enter Email.
    • Note: This must be the same as the email already on file to receive your automatic statements at the end of every month.
  4. Hit Arrow.
  5. Select Forgot Password.
    • An email will automatically be sent to the email entered
  6. Open the email and select Set New Password.
  7. Enter your Password.
    • Tip!  Match the password for match your password for for easy memory!
  8. Select Change.


At that, you should be all set to begin making trip requests!

Please note you can create an account using alternate email addresses, however member rates and privileges will only be linked to the email associated with your billing account.

Now, let’s dive into how to make your reservation.


1. Start by making your Hotel reservation.

  • Book rooms for yourself and accompanying guests.  Dates unavailable will be grey.
  • All rooms will be booked under member rates.
  • When sending in your guest names, we will adjust rates for the number of members/guests in your group.
  • Please note: Any credit card used for booking will not be saved to your on property account for Monthly billing. In order to adjust your monthly billing card please call Lyle Dencklau.


2. Now, reserve your Golf.

  • Loudan Steffes can assist with getting this booked.


3. Feel free to purchase Gift certificates.

We are very excited to add this offering!  Just in time for a late Christmas gift?

Gift certificates will be sent directly to you and can be used for future purchase.


4. Finally, explore Club.

Inside “Club,” you are able to see any member statements and pay any outstanding balances.

This is synced with our database and makes for easy transactions.



Under your profile you are welcome to update your contact information, view future bookings, and see anything currently in your cart (all items are automatically removed every 15 minutes).
