OUR NEW GUESTHOUSE

April 30, 2022 —

The Bunkhouse and the Horse Course needed a companion.

And we need a few extra beds on property, as well.

Combine those two elements and you have our newest lodging unit: the Guesthouse!

Here are some high-level notes:

• The Guesthouse will come with 8 single rooms, equipped with 8 king beds.
• Each room will have a walkout door right next to the Horse Course (adjacent the 10th green).
• The project was designed by Co-Op Architecture out of Sioux Falls, SD.
• Our builders are BHI out of Sioux Falls and we’ve supplemented with many local vendors and subs.
• Timeline for completion is hard to predict, given supply chain issues getting final finishings.
• These eight beds will increase our property’s capacity by 15%+!

It’s been an exciting, hard-fought process thus far.  It’s been a joy to watch this come together!

If you’ve been following construction macro-economic trends over the past six months, you could probably understand some of the headwinds we’ve been up against with this project.

With that, we are not taking any immediate reservation requests and do not know when this will be fully complete and available to stay in.

As we learn more, we are going to be thrilled to pass along updates!
