Renovations Update: March 2021

March 11, 2021 —

Our team has been busy fixing things up.

After more than ten years of use, we were starting to see the need for some tender loving care in various places throughout the property.

While we aren’t able to take on a comprehensive list of all infrastructure needs, we established CapEx plan and worked to implement.

Nothing a little elbow grease can’t help with.

Cabin Decks

You know the feeling of carrying heavy luggage up a massive flight of stairs to access the upper lofts of cabin 2 (Meadowlark), 3 (Sandpiper), and 4 (Bobwhite)?

Well, if you don’t know the feeling, our outside service team sure does.

We’ve worked to remedy that with much needed add-ons to our cabins.

How about those for landing pads?

These will be a fantastic addition to the cabins for years to come providing great views of the canyon, while not to mention, looking absolutely great.

Bathrooms / Showers

We were excited to work on showers in the cabins. Ripping them apart, to put them together even better.

Bunkhouse Roof

We were taught by our mommas from a young age, “take care of what you have!”

This fall, our property’s most recent standalone structure received a brand new roof.

Weather on the prairie is rough and we were able to expend time and resources to put a longer-term solution in place on the Bunkhouse.

New TV Mounts

We’ve also been overdue for upgrading TVs.

Here are the new TV mounts… pictures of the new TVs to come.

We are excited to bring more updates through the spring.
