Ryan Jansa Competes in Sanford International on the PGA Tour Champions

Sioux Falls, South Dakota native Ryan Jansa is competing in his first career PGA Tour Champions event this week.

The event — the Sanford International — is being held for the 6th year at Minnehaha Country Club.

Jansa, a South Dakota Golf Association Hall of Famer, is making a run at a PGA Tour Champions career after turning 50 back in April.

In years of competing in amateur golf tournaments with and against founder Paul Schock, the two developed a relationship that stands still today.  So much so, that Jansa is donning our crane logo on his bag throughout his newly-minted Champions Tour career.

Jansa sits at 1 under par after an opening round 69.
