[Update] Majors Contest Standings thru U.S. Open

Our season-long Majors Contest is now three-quarters of the way through with the U.S. Open wrapping up this past Father’s Day. 

While most of us celebrated first-time Major-winner, Gary Woodland’s, rock-solid finish on Sunday, it turns out the champion was bad news for the member pool…

Not a single member selected Gary Woodland for the U.S. Open! (Prior to the tournament, Woodland was ranked 23rd in the world.)

However, it certainly was an enjoyable U.S. Open to watch, with the beautiful waves of the Pacific and characteristic drama both present at Pebble Beach.
