Year-End Member Survey for 2023

After closing day, our team wasn’t quite done with the season.

Not only did this include plenty of on-course property work, but it also included some year-end meetings as management and leadership teams.

Among the main areas of focus was a continued emphasis on member experience.

It’s conversations like this that have led to us making decisions to hold increased percentages of rooms for exclusive member-use, modifying our cancellation policy, and working to maintain pace of play on our golf courses.
