Using the Waitlist for 2023

When surveying the membership from 2022, we learned that about 40% of members used the waitlist last year.

It was primarily used for high-demand dates.

Of the 40% that actively used the waitlist, 86% were able to sucessfully get in after adding their name to the waitlist. As you all can imagine, life’s curveballs cause for changed schedules.

When this happens, rooms open up.

It is extremely helpful for us to have a list of members we can call on to take advantage of this added availability.

For the 2023 season (with our new online booking capabilities), here is our process for using the waitlist:

• View availability online. Please use the online booking website (www.bookpuregolf.com) to see the full scope for availability on all dates throughout the season. You can see dates that are available — or full capacity — all prior to booking!
• Using the Waitlist. If your preferred or requested dates are not available, you may be placed on our member-only waitlist for those dates and we will reach out to you if a room opens up.
  • Join the Waitlist by calling or emailing our team at the Front Desk. (FrontDesk@ThePrairieClub.com).
• Contact us. At any time if you are unsure, you are welcome to reach out and check about updated availability. This is by no means an inconvenience to us!  We love hearing from our members.

Only members are able to use the waitlist option to secure last-minute open rooms. We do not make this option available to non-members of the club.

We want to make sure we’re filling our beds with members.
